YOGA + MEDITATION
Through moderately paced movement, breath work, and meditation, I invite you to reconnect with your inner teacher and reclaim your sovereignty. Students share that my classes are equally energizing and grounding, holistic, and help create a deeper connection with self. I hope to see you there.
Beginning in January 2026, I’ll be teaching the following classes at Yoga Pod Boulder:
*Wednesdays 6:30am (30th Street) - Heated Flow 2
Fridays 6:30am (South Boulder) - Heated Flow 2
