Physical prowess, rooted mind, free spirit. Navigating a life abundant with adventure, my inner compass serves as my most trusted guide.

My healing journey began in 2002 in San Francisco, when a family member gave me a book on yoga. Outwardly, I was seeking rehabilitation and restoration from an active and busy lifestyle. Inwardly, my spirit was in a tense life-long war with anxiety and depression.

Yoga became my medicine.

It was my solace when I was broken and struggling with an eating disorder.

It was my reprieve from over-working.

It grounded me, moved me, and transformed me.

Chasing a dream to open a yoga studio some day, I completed 300 hours of training in 2011 at Nosara Yoga Institute in beautiful Nosara, Costa Rica. I returned to Boulder, Colorado and immediately began teaching and I fed my insatiable appetite for learning and exploration by digging deeply into yogic teachings and philosophy.

At one point in the journey, I hit a construction zone. The more I practiced, the less I knew. I became curious about the cosmos, subtle energies, and I got lost in the spheres of love. Unexpectedly, my life began to unravel as I hit all the potholes.

Maybe my compass was broken?

Shattered so I could experience deep pain and forgiveness, inviting an open and compassionate heart.

Cracked so I could learn to dismiss inner doubt and live a courageous life.

Ruptured so I can rise again.

So I started to rewrite my story. An unconventional story.

Filled with travel and adventure, new interests like rock climbing and road biking, new friends, and new beginnings. I learned to align with the concept of leading each of my pursuits with balanced head and heart. I started to do deep shadow work and began a life-long commitment to forgiveness: with myself. And I began to connect the dots of the stars, fascinated by the interweaving of my journey and the compassionate warning signs in my chart. My soul-print.

I was remembering myself.

Fast forward to 2020, where my life was flipped upside down again. (You too?)

I was no longer teaching, my business positions were dissolved, and I found out I have a genetic heart disorder. All of my masks were off.

You have to break down, in order to break through.

I stuffed everything I own into an oversized, overpriced storage locker because I figured if the world is changing, I should too.

I had a radical awakening in parallel with the reckoning of our country and found a renewed sense of purpose: I marched, volunteered for multiple local and national political initiatives, and founded a social justice book club. You can join too.

My meditation practice became my best friend.

I attuned to my inner compass and listened to the song of my soul…

It was time to get messy and uncomfortable again.

It was time to shake things up.

So here I am. (Or was.) A digital nomad exploring the rock climbing and hiking trails in the southwest and west while working full-time remote. (Don’t be fooled by this adorable idea… it’s not easy. But it was worth it.)

My bags became lighter as I shed and let go. My heart became fuller as I embraced uncertainty, invited pure acceptance, and embraced the magic.

Following my intuition, I eventually returned to a place of deep healing: Santa Fe, New Mexico, where I am now planting roots amongst the piñons and junipers and sitting under the stars, scheming and dreaming.

Life is a magical trip and it would be an honor to help you remember yourself as you navigate this journey of life.

It is my passion to see you thrive and discover your own soul-print story.
